SHOWA WORKS 49 mm Front fork kit Yamaha Tenere 700
 
With this front fork kit you can take part in the 'DAKAR' or go on the adventure trip of your lifetime. This plug-and-play 49 mm SHOWA WORKS front fork kit takes the Tenere 700 front suspension to the next level.
CNC machined triple clamps, new steering and the complete new designed axle clamps allows installing without any hassle. OEM brake calipers can be used as well as the oem fork protectors, brake hoses, axle, ABS sensor and last but not least the front wheel.
 
The SHOWA fork kit with air-oil separated closed cartridge design is well known in the MX-world. The precise damping set-up, customized by our experienced Race Engineers and in-house technicians, perfected on the toughest tracks. With all anodized internal parts and PVD-coated innertubes, internal friction is reduced to the minimum. One of the extra features of this WORKS Suspension product is a custom spring collar. Which provides more front wheel control and increased comfort on jump landings.
The fork fork features blue PVD surface treatments on the lower fork legs for improved durability, scratch resistance and low friction in high load situations. Riders will experience less fading as the seals fitted works to prevent this and there top out noise is minimized due to the top out rubber used. The check-valve unit helps the fork to stay up in stroke without feeling too hard, which also improves the overall performance of the front fork. The front fork also comes with protective stickers for the outer tube to protect the outer tube all way up to the lower clamp.
 
Notes for the set-up of the fork (spring rate and damping):
After ordering, we will contact you by email with a questionnaire on the exact intended use. After receipt of the questionnaire, the fork will be adjusted free of charge exactly to your specified purpose and weight. A 100% suitable selection of the spring rate in the webshop is therefore not necessary.
