Fully adjustable hydraulic fork cartridge kit with icreased fork travel. Overall travel is 233mm.

Adjustable compression and rebound for the 43mm Kayaba for Yamaha XTZ 700 Tenere.

The Teneres 700 front fork is, unfortunately, not one of the perfect ones. Especially in faster riding you easily recognize that the damping is on the wrong side. If you wanted to adjust this mess, till now you have to completely overhaul the fork and adjust damping. That is costy and really a lot of work.

With this 20mm piston cartridge kit you can now upgrade your standard 43mm Kayaba Tenere fork to a fully adjustable including adjustable spring preload!

New double piston system to reduce pressure increase.

Adjustable compression and rebound and adjustable spring pre-load.

The cartridge is equipped with a sophisticated hydraulic system that ensures the adjustment in compression, extension and preload of the spring, with adjustments placed directly on the upper cap of the cartridge in order to guarantee easy access to the set-up.

Mounting requires good technical knowlegde, good technical skills and tools. Do to this we recommend that the conversion be carried out in a specialist workshop.

We offer to do the conversion of the fork here in our workshop. Exchange of all wear parts and oil included included. Please ask for a quote.

Help for correct spring rate selection:

Rider weight always includes clothing 'ready to ride'. Additional weight due to e.g. crash bars, changed bash plate or a larger fueltank should also be taken into account.

Weight on the rear, such as a top case, only plays a minor role, as this weight influences almost only the rate of the rear shock.
