ECU Flash Yamaha XT-660R - XT-660X - XT-660Z Tenere
Due to different environment protection laws the Yamaha XT-660 models unfortunatelly are delivered with some electronic restrictions. What makes the politicans happy is a pain in the a... of each XT660 rider! Lots of surging, no possibility to adjust the complete fuel range with a Power Commander, no good ignition maps and some other major problems.
Also some more adjustments of the ECU are possible. We can reduce the anoying deceleration "popping", remove the immobilizer (recommendation for a RTW trip!), remove the "closed-loop" area, change the mappings... We do what you need!
 
A remap back to the stock state of the ECU is always possible!
 
For the remapping of the ECU we need your device for about 1/2 days here in our Cologne workshop.
 
Please add your chassis number to the order form that you ship together with the ECU.
Also we need some information what you want to have - e.g. if you want a changed rev limiter.
If you like changes in the fuel- and ignition maps, please let us know what you want to achieve and some details about the bike (exhaust, air filter...)
After order please sent your ECU to our workshop. Information about shipping you find in thr Return / Exchange / Complaint section.
 
We can change:
  • fuel tables
  • ignition timing tables
  • Rev limiter at RP/m you want
  • lower fan starting temperature
  • disable deceleration fuel cut for perfect throttle response
  • disable O2 sensor and compensation maps
  • disable immobilizer function
  • remap to stock state possible
  • due to emission laws not street legal in Germany
  • absolutelly inconspicuous modification - but with great benefit
